Options abound for every level including novice trails for the uninitiated as well as eye-opening advanced trails and jump tracks. Sail over tabletops, flow around corners and then catch the Teewinot Chairlift or Sweetwater Gondola for a quick ride back to the top.

The above prices are online only and window rates are higher. Rates vary per season. Rental includes Demo Bike and Safety Equipment (chest, shoulder, and knee pads, a full-face helmet, shoes and gloves). Add downhill bike insurance to cover your rental in the event of damage to the bike.

Trail Status
Electric Bikes
Class 1 electric bikes (pedal-assisted) are allowed on designated cross country bike and multi-use trails. Class 1 E-Bikes are allowed on Sweetwater and Teewinot lifts and allowed for downhill use in the bike park for ticketed riders.
Downhill Bike Rentals
No bike, no problem! We've got an amazing fleet of downhill bikes that are professionally tuned daily. We'll fit your bike size, and suit you up will full-body armor if you'd like (chest, shoulder, and knee pads), a full-face helmet, shoes and gloves.
Bike rentals are limited. We highly recommend reserving online, in advance, to secure your rentals. We will have walk-up availability at JH Sports on a first-come, first-served basis.

Don't be intimidated by mountain biking and all of the associated gear: Our JH Sports rental shop can get you riding singletrack in no time, and the trails at the Jackson Hole Bike Park are designed to be enjoyed by riders of all abilities.

Do you have a little ripper who can’t wait to hit the trails on their bike this summer? If your family is ready to hit the trails, but you wish your child was better prepared to handle the demands of more technical riding, our JH Sports Youth Bike Camps offer a cost effective and convenient way to give your young cyclist (and you) the confidence needed to explore the terrain that Teton Valley has to offer.
Ladies' Laps
Ladies' Laps creates a space for ladies aged 18+ to enhance their downhill bike skills and meet other lady bikers in the community.
Adaptive Mountain Biking
All bike park trails are now adaptive compatible!
Adaptive Lessons:
1 hour: Starts on the hour, based on availability
2 hours: Starts on the hour, based on availability
Half Day: 10am or 2pm
In partnership with Teton Adaptive, we offer a full range adaptive off-road recumbents/handcycles included in your lesson.

Ladies' Laps are small group-focused clinics designed with personalized coaching in mind to prioritize building skills and confidence on your bike. BICP certified guides will rotate through four different skill sets, focusing on one specific skill per session. Clinic skills include: Roots and Rocks, Cornering, Jumps and Drops, and Steep Descents.
