Health & Safety / COVID-19 Protocols

COVID-19 WARNING : Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and our employees. You are required to follow all posted instructions while visiting the resort.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate skiers and riders who refuse to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth. The only exception is when skiing and riding and when eating or drinking while seated.

If guests choose not to comply with face covering requirements, they will be asked to leave the resort.

Health & Safety Measures:

Guest are required to wear face coverings in all indoor and outdoor public areas, including village common areas, upper mountain common areas, inside all buildings and facilities, in line mazes, when loading, riding, and unloading lifts, gondolas, and the aerial tram. The only exceptions are when skiing and riding and when seated for dining.

Please note, JHMR recommends face coverings be constructed with multi-layer fabric materials. Single layer Buffs, bandanas, gators, scarfs and ascots are not recommended.
