Health & Safety / COVID-19 Protocols

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and our employees. You are required to follow all posted instructions while visiting the resort.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Guests will kindly be asked to leave the premises if they do not comply with posted COVID-19 protocols.

The protocols we have developed are provided with the guidance and knowledge from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Jackson's St John's Medical Center (SJMC), Teton County Public Health and the State of Wyoming.  Learn more below.

Thank you for helping to keep yourself and others healthy.

Health & Safety Measures:

Due to a Teton County ordinance, face coverings are required in all buildings, facilities, and lift lines. We kindly ask you bring your own face coverings. Masks are offered upon request, subject to availability.
