Jackson Hole Mountain Resort was purchased from one of its original founders in 1992 by members of the Kemmerer Family. Since then, three siblings have proudly maintained a commitment to independently owning and operating the legendary ski area through an age of industry conglomeration. The Kemmerer family is honored to uphold and enhance Jackson Hole’s original character and renown as one of the most globally recognized and celebrated mountain resorts.
Paul McCollister and Alex Morley: Partners, Developers and Friends
Born in 1915, Paul McCollister graduated from Stanford University with degrees in sociology and economics (hence Jackson Hole's alignment with the color red). Retiring at the age of 42 from a successful career in radio advertising, he then spent a year skiing the world-famous resorts of Europe and lived as a gentleman rancher on a 390-acre spread in Teton County, Wyo.
