Race two of the three-part JH Downhill Series brought a new course, new competitors, and plenty of action as riders took on a challenging route from top to bottom.
Racers launched from Solitoga before dropping into Upper Deer Jump and continuing down the course onto Bruce Lee. From there, riders rejoined Solitoga just before the Deer Jump Bridge before making the final push down Lower Deer Jump and across the finish line just after Upper Sweet Timothy.
The second race saw several familiar faces return from race one, along with a few competitors from last year's series. But the field continued to grow, with regional riders making the trip to Jackson and families showing up to take on their very first bike race. We also saw our first 12–15 women's competitor take on the course, showing serious grit and skill from start to finish.
With two races in the books, the series standings are starting to heat up. Points are adding up, and our pro riders are battling for their shot at the $1,000 series winner's prize. Check out the current rankings below.

With one race still to go, there's plenty left to play for. Returning racers are putting up a serious fight, while new competitors continue to shake up the standings. The final race is shaping up to be a true battle for the top spot in the JH Downhill.
Registration for the third and final race is open below. We'll see you at the start gate!
