Our safety team launched an innovative program aimed at reducing reckless skiing through education, communication and technology.

We integrated safety messaging into every guest touchpoint—from in-app notifications and pre-arrival emails to Tram announcements and creative on-mountain signage. We even redesigned the app leaderboard, removing vertical feet to discourage speed contests. The result: a safer, more enjoyable experience for everyone on the mountain. In the inaugural SnowBrains March Madness Ski Resort Tournament—an elimination-style bracket driven entirely by skier and rider votes—Jackson Hole took the top spot. Advancing through five competitive rounds against the likes of Whistler Blackcomb, Big Sky and Palisades Tahoe, our win reflects the deep connection skiers feel with this mountain.
