Rendezvous Fest 2026 FAQ

We’re excited to welcome you to the Rendezvous Music Festival in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Gates open at 4:00 PM.
Event times are subject to change.
General Admission (GA)
Thank you for purchasing a General Admission ticket.
- There is no Will Call for GA tickets.
- Your ticket guarantees entry to the festival, but viewing areas are first come, first served. We recommend arriving early to secure your spot.
- Re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the festival grounds, you may not return.
Children
- Children under 12 are free in GA (limit 2 children per ticketed adult).
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
VIP Ticket Information
VIP guests enjoy additional amenities throughout the evening.
VIP Food & Beverage
- Provisions Catering will serve local bites from 4:30–7:30 PM.
- Snake River Roasting Co. will offer hot coffee and espresso drinks from 4:30–6:30 PM, including a custom RMF specialty latte.
- Coffee can be spiked at the VIP bar.
VIP Access
- VIP credentials must be worn at all times.
- VIP guests may move between VIP and GA areas throughout the event.
- No re-entry once you exit the festival grounds.
VIP Children Policy
- Children ages 5 and under are admitted free with a VIP ticket-holding adult.
- Limit 1 child per ticket holder.
- All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
VIP Swag
The first 100 VIP guests to check in will receive a premium swag bag featuring:
- Smartwool beanie
- GORE-TEX Wash & Care Kit
Festival Location & Entrance
Rendezvous Music Festival takes place in the Base Village Parking Lot in Teton Village.
- There will be one festival entrance for all guests (GA and VIP).
- A dedicated VIP lane will be available for expedited entry.
- The entrance is located across from the Mangy Moose in the main base village area.
Transportation & Parking
Parking in Teton Village is extremely limited. We strongly encourage using alternative transportation.
Options include:
- START Bus
- Festival shuttles
- Rideshare
- Carpooling
- Hotel shuttles
Free START Bus Service
Ride free on the START Bus to Teton Village on Saturday and Sunday, courtesy of RMF and the Travel and Tourism Board. Drop off and pick up points are at the Home Ranch Lot START bus stop and Miller Park. Buses will be running from 2-11PM.
Pickup and drop-off locations:

Bus service runs from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Accessibility
- ADA parking will be available near the rideshare drop-off area.
- Please follow posted signage and traffic flagger directions upon arrival.
- An ADA viewing platform will be available.
Only task- or work-trained service animals are permitted inside the festival grounds.
Production Notice
The Flaming Lips performance will include theatrical production elements such as:
- Smoke & haze effects
- Strobe lighting
- Lasers
- Latex balloons
Permitted Items
- Small bags (subject to search)
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
- Medically necessary items (subject to inspection)
All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the festival:
- Large bags or backpacks
- Coolers
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside alcohol or drugs
- Bottles or glass containers
- Laser pointers
- Recording devices
- Professional still or video cameras
- Drones
- Chairs
- Tents, canopies, or umbrellas
- Pets or animals (except service animals)
- Selfie sticks
- Fireworks or combustibles
- Aerosol cans
Prohibited items will be confiscated and may not be returned.

$2 from every ticket purchased benefits Community Safety Network, supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in our community.
