January App Challenge Winners
Our monthly vertical feet app challenge continues. In December, skiers and riders battled it out to win a free early tram. In January, participants faced off to win a GoPro (see results below). A new February challenge kicks off this month, with a prize sure to excite. Read on to see what's at stake.
January Results
To enter the app challenge, participants simply had to download the JH Insider app and track themselves in the app each time they skied. The competition was tough, but Daniel F. came out ahead by skiing 927,827 vertical feet last month. Daniel rode 525 lifts in January and his dedication to the competition helped motivate Ester to ride 100K vertical feet in a day earlier in the month. Daniel has been awarded a GoPro.
Shoutout to Robert B. who won the December App Challenge and took 2nd in the January App Challenge.
Since not everyone can ski as often as those who topped January's leaderboard, we also selected a random participant to win a GoPro. Cassie C. is our randomly selected winner.

February App Challenge
The person who skis the most vertical feet in February will win 2 Saturday VIP Gold tickets to Rendezvous Spring Festival. VIP tickets are sold out, so this is your last chance to secure these VIP benefits:

Rendezvous Spring Festival
Regardless of if you win the VIP tickets, you won't want to miss this year's Rendezvous Spring Festival. General Admission for both days is FREE on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Jackson Hole Rendezvous Spring Festival is a two-day music festival on March 31 - April 1, 2023, providing the most iconic backdrops imaginable for our legendary music acts: historic downtown Jackson Town Square and the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
On Friday, March 31 in Town Square, chart-toppers The Revivalists will headline with ZZ Ward and Preservation Hall Jazz Band. On Saturday, April 1 in Teton Village, Academy Award Winner Ryan Bingham headlines alongside Elle King plus Futurebirds and Dumpstaphunk.

100K Vertical Feet in a Day
Can you imagine skiing/riding 100,000 vertical feet in a day? Ester Francus, a snowboard instructor here at JHMR, had the day off and set out with the goal of topping the leaderboard. In the process, she took 52 lifts and ended the day with an astounding 100,641 vertical feet — nearly twice as many as the next closest person of the day and more than anyone else in a single day this season.
