Yes, season passes sold online have limited availability and may sell out at any time. Pricing and products are subject to change. There is no waitlist.

I purchased a 2025-26 season pass; do I now need to make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who has purchased any winter 2025-26 JHMR Season Pass will have full mountain access without limitations per the terms under which their pass was purchased. Reservations are NOT required for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort passholders. Reservations ARE required for Ikon and Mountain Collective passholders.

I have an NSAA Gold Pass, do I need to make a reservation?

NSAA Gold Pass holders are not required to make a reservation and can proceed directly to lifts.

Where is the Season Pass Office located and what are their hours?

How do I redeem my JHMR buddy passes?

Accepted Answer

Follow these steps to purchase a buddy pass: 	(1) Passholder logs in to their JH Insider account. 	(2) Access the "My Vouchers" tab under "My Account." 	(3) Click the "email" button next to the available buddy pass voucher. 	(4) Enter the email of the person that will be using the buddy pass and click "send." 	(5) The person using the buddy pass will receive an email containing a button to redeem their discounted ticket online. Alternatively, provide the voucher number to the person who will be using the buddy ticket and have them enter their voucher number at https://shop.jacksonhole.com/redeemvoucher and complete their discounted purchase. The following dates are blacked out for buddy passes:Dec. 26-31, 2025 Jan. 17-18, 2026 Feb. 14-15, 2026

What mountain collective benefits do I receive as a JHMR Peak or Grand/Grand ByPass passholder?

Grand ByPass, Grand Pass and Peak Pass purchasers can purchase unlimited 50% off 1-day in-resort rate lift tickets at our Mountain Collective Partner locations. Discounted lift tickets are for the passholder only and are nontransferable.  Only 1 ticket may be purchased per day. The 50% off lift ticket at Mountain Collective partner resorts are based on the single day rate and the age group of the pass holder. How do Peak Pass passholders register for their Gondola Early Up?

1. Log into your account2. Click "My Vouchers"3. Click "Redeem" next to the early up voucher4. Select your desired date and check out. *There are daily capacity limits and blackout dates apply. Friend's lift ticket not included.

Is there a waitlist for sold out passes?

No. Season passes have limited availability and will not go back on sale once sold out. There is no waitlist.
