Calling all disc golfers! All 18 holes are installed. With a delayed start to the season, the course is now up and running.
The disc golf course continues to evolve over the years, adapting to new construction projects. This year’s course is fairly similar to the design from 2015, with a few modifications. See below map for accurate holes, distances, and pars. The UDisc+ app is also updated under the most recent “2020 Design” layout. Stay tuned on the Jackson Hole Disc Golf Facebook page and Instagram and our webpage for the most recent updates.
2020 Course Design Updates:
- Holes 1-5 remain unchanged from last year
- Holes 6-11 are back to what they were 2 years ago.
- Hole 12’s teebox is currently halfway up the hole 11 fairway, on lookers lefts of the road. The basket is the under the large tree on the edge of the lower Tram Line run, immediately on the edge of the orange construction fence.
- Hole 13 now starts just next to the Tram Line hiking trail, in between lower Tram Line and Gros Ventre ski runs. The basket is located out in the middle of GV, slightly downhill from the teepad.
- Hole 14 is old hole 16.
- Hole 15 and 16 are new – After completing hole 14, head back uphill towards the Bridger Gondola (this is in the area of the old hole “Necessary Evil”). Hole 15 is a short 130′ hole shooting uphill, and 16 shoots downhill to a basket on the edge of the woods above the road with a slight dogleg left.
- Holes 17 and 18 remain unchanged.
- Grass mowing is on the schedule- we realize the grass is high, so hopefully a cut in the next few weeks will help tone down lost discs. In the meantime, save yourself some time and send a spotter out to mark discs.
Thank you for bearing with us in these course changes.
Teton Toss
We’re starting the planning for the annual tournament! August 22 is likely the date, and more details will be coming soon! This year, the Bikes, Brews, and Baskets will not be happening, so we will be bringing back the “Teton Toss” mantra as the tournament title!
