Jackson Hole Disc Golf
The course was completely redesigned in 2015 to incorporate three loops, each moving higher up the mountain. The lower 9-10 hole course can be played fairly quickly. Complete the upper loops for the full 18-hole design, including some amazing downhill shots. In contrast to past years' design, the new course does not cross north of the gondola.

What is Disc Golf
Disc golf is the frisbee form of ball golf. Instead of trying to get a ball into a hole, the goal is to get the disc into the chained basket. Starting from a teepad, players throw a disc towards the basket. They then proceed to where the disc landed and continue throwing the disc until it lands in the basket. There are many different types of discs, including long-distance drivers, fairway drivers, mid-range discs and putters.Disc Golf Blog
Jackson Hole Course
Disc golf is a great way to hike the lower mountain while tossing some discs. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort boasts the only 18 hole course in the valley.
Jackson Hole has a great disc golf course in Teton Village. The FREE course starts uphill from the bottom of the Gondola. The course starts out short and technical, with tunnel and treed shots. It winds back and forth up lower Gros Ventre and Tramline, shooting in open fields and tightly wooded areas.Scorecard/Map Download
Disc selection can be tough for beginners. The key is picking practical discs for yourself. You don't want a disc that's super fast (rated at 10+ speed). You want something similar to a frisbee that you're familiar with. Get the hang of an easy disc, and then progress from there.Jackson Hole Sports Disc Collection
